- Book with zero dollars down — confirm the quote in writing. You pay nothing at this stage.
- Carrier is dispatched — we assign a verified, insured carrier to your shipment and send you the driver’s contact details and MC number.
- Pay on pickup or delivery — your payment is typically split between a small broker fee after dispatch and a cash-on-delivery amount paid to the driver, or you can pay by credit card before pickup.
- Vehicle delivered — the driver hands off your vehicle at your destination. Inspect, sign the Bill of Lading, and you’re done.

Is this really free to book?
Yes. There is no cost to get a quote, and no cost to book. Payment only becomes due when a carrier is dispatched for your shipment.
When do I actually pay?
Once a carrier is assigned, your total is typically split into two payments: a broker fee (paid to Autos Mover after dispatch, usually by credit card) and a cash-on-delivery amount paid to the driver at delivery. The exact split is written in your booking confirmation — no surprises.
What if I change my mind after booking but before a carrier is assigned?
Cancel for free. As long as no carrier has been dispatched, you owe nothing and face no cancellation fee.
What if my vehicle can’t be picked up in the quoted window?
We’ll either adjust the rate transparently (and you can accept or cancel), or fully refund any payments already made. You are never locked in.
Does the ZeroDown Guarantee apply to all services?
